eBay has been my friend and the last few pieces have nearly all been found ready to start one of the builds the other needs a little more research but shouldn't be long to acquire the necessary parts required.

Anyone know where I can get 1/24 scale Dutch German or Belgian modern military vehicle markings?

Well I've started the first of my two builds and will hopefully get some pics tomorrow weather permitting had a bit of bad luck as I ran out of paint before I'd finished spraying but used a bit of ingenuity and added a little twist to the build. I'll be bringing it with me to Perth to have some tinker time with it to start adding some details to some bits and modify some parts to fit. The second build is on hold until I can find some parts/donor kit I'm looking for.

A little tease yeah but my build may not be to everyone's idea of the build but it is based on an actual vehicle I've seen around. Pics tomorrow.

Well as promised here are a couple of pics of progress so far. ;D This is loosely based on an ex German military VW T25 that one one of the Dutch civvy guys used to run when I was based at Bruggen and used as his everyday car. Ok it may not be as bigger coversion as some people are doing but I'm going to enjoy building this and adding to it through the year till it's SMW in November.

For those wondering the base kit is the Revell Bundespost kit as I missed out on a couple of the other ones at SMW which were the ambulance and feuerwehr versions. Just on the look out for the westfalia joker camper version for some donor parts if I don't manage to scratch build the bits myself.

I've got a military Unimog that I'm most likely to civilianise, so you're welcome to the decals. I'll have to go round the corner to my mother-in-law's loft to get it tomorrow. (That's where I keep my 1/24 commercial vehicles. My house is full!)

I've retrieved the decals. There's a small sheet with several number plates, a few markings, and some large red crosses in white discs. Yours whenever.
