At a lengthy meeting whilst consuming lemonade and bisquits at the recent SMW show at Telford, members of the 'Beyond the Box' SIG agreed that they would get into character for the 2012 build and dress accordingly for the event. So, dress code ... ... loud shirt, rolled up trousers, socks and sandals and the obligatory knotted hanky (ironed and without bogies of course). This is a typically British holiday event and we should therefore show the visitors and members at SMW in 2012 that we are prepared to jolly well enjoy ourselves, no matter what the weather. As leader of this typically British SIG, I thought I'd show true leadership and order my special holiday shirt for the event, it's done and should be on its way shortly. We'll show them!

We'll have to be in hall 3 to use deckchairs? I'm thinking sourcy postcards, but perhaps I should keep those thoughts to myself Rich ;D

Do you realise the size of the box you've just opened up?

Well there's a conundrum then! What to wear, I could paint my Crocs in some suitable scheme but I see wedges are back in fashion with the ladies so maybe a couple of wedges of Wensleydale might be appropriate. Shirt wise I have a blank T-shirt that I could emblazon with some suitable graphics.
I'll keep you posted.

Howzit Nick, Oh, I thought it was a dress code whilst we were building! You never know it would probably be the only event in the UK which would drag me over!
