2015 build theme

Good show today (as always) as guests of IPMS Lincoln and Newark at Southwell racecourse. Ian Sadler, Paul Findon, Lionel Jennings and I had a brief discussion about the 2015 build theme and we've decided to return to the Aardman builds. The theme will be 'Space' which should give you all something to work on, Ian sort of intimated that he was using the side car as a 'Sputnik', sounds interesting. So, there are several possible themes within a theme here ... Outer space, inner space, space the final frontier and even empty space, your choice. If you're visiting SMW in November, come and have a chat with us on the 'Beyond the Box' stand in hall 3, 3F/ B3, if you're not sure where that is, just head for the big green tank in hall 3 and you'll find us, or look at the plan on the SMW web page: smwshow.com/show.php

As an aside to the main theme for SMW we usually have a secondary theme. In 2015 we will have something for the truck/car modellers which should give you room for the imagination to run riot, more news at SMW

Hi Nick. I think I've come up with a cunning plan to resurect my failed Caravaning and Camping build. Same basic parts A35 pick-up but a totally differenty colour scheme. Wallace is now a Flight Sergeant in the RAF posted to a Space Debris lookout station in deepest Yorkshire...
