Yes you knew there would be rules ...
(1) - Build a model out of any kit or kits or parts of kits or (and) bits of anything you can find which depicts your memories of childhood.
(2) - Base size, I think the usual 16 x 12 should be quite adequate for this build with a maximum height of 12" or whatever these measurements equate to in new money.
